Mukiti grew up a few kilometres from Victoria Falls. A qualified CPA, she founded Real Zambia Safari Co. to share the country she calls home with travellers who want something more personal than a brochure. Dr. Chris, her husband and a physician, travels every route alongside her.
We're a US-registered LLC based in Nashville, with family on the ground in Livingstone and South Luangwa. That means dollars in, no surprises, and a real human on the other end of every email.

Expert guidance for the independent traveller. You want to travel under your own steam, but with the confidence of Zambian-born experts behind you. We share routes, lodge recommendations, timing and on-the-ground know-how, then leave the adventure to you.
Travel Agent
We plan and book the whole trip. You simply arrive. We handle everything: flights, transfers, lodges, parks and permits, all paid in US dollars to a US-registered company. You get a seamless itinerary built around your interests, with one trusted point of contact throughout.
